Role Overview

The Data/BI Analyst will build performance dashboards and monthly performance reports for facility maintenance operations, analyzing failure codes and repeat visits, and supporting parts-demand planning using historical work-request data.

What You Will Do

The Data/BI Analyst will define performance baselines, calculate rules and exclusions, build and maintain operational dashboards, produce monthly performance and cost-avoidance reports, and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and dashboard design skills, ability to explain data quality issues to operations staff, and experience with Power BI data modeling (DAX) and data governance and privacy practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of BI or reporting experience using SQL
  • Strong SQL and dashboard design skills
