On-Site Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

All Star Rents is a family-owned equipment rental business with 13 locations. This is a full-time hourly position that requires Saturday shifts. The role involves working at a sales counter, handling phone calls and walk-in customers, and maintaining a proven track record of success selling new and used equipment.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include working primarily at a sales counter, scheduling work orders, completing customer contracts, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, delivering equipment as needed, and keeping safety top priority.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid CA driver’s license with satisfactory record
• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided
• Computer Literacy- Typing and understanding computers/technology and basic software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF, etc.)
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment- Certifications a plus!
• Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal- Bilingual a plus!
• A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace
