Allen + Shariff is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Columbia, MD office by driving client and project growth throughout the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region.
Requirements
- 7+ years of business development experience in the AEC industry
- Demonstrated success in developing new business with architecture firms
- Experience positioning engineering services and/or architectural-related products within architect-led pursuits
- Strong network and familiarity with the DMV market and its key players
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build and manage a qualified pipeline, and convert relationships into project wins
