What You Will Do
Build and ship models that predict user value, engagement, and reward behavior. Design and run A/B tests on offers, rewards, and ranking. Build data infrastructure and measurement systems.

Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL
- Research or academic background with proof of depth: published work, thesis, strong coursework, or competition results
- Ability to work on vague problems without waiting for a spec
- Ability to take problems further than you were asked
- Ability to quickly see which number matters and which question to answer first
- Ability to think in causation and testable hypotheses
- Ability to debug rigorously when things break
