Almedia is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to scale organic acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing, and a strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, and off-page SEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, and off-page SEO
• Experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups
• Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and highly execution-oriented
• Comfortable working with AI tools and modern growth workflows
