The Brand Manager will develop and implement brand development strategies, manage communication campaigns, participate in product research and development, and collaborate with field teams to expand the market effectively.
Requirements
- Develop comprehensive brand strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and brand value in the market.
- Implement integrated marketing communication (IMC/ICP) and ATL (Above The Line) activities to reach a broad target audience, ensuring brand presence and brand health.
- Build and manage the annual marketing budget for the brand, ensuring appropriate allocation across different marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze actual expenses against the approved budget and make adjustments when necessary to optimize resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments based on ROI and provide periodic reports to management.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective brand development solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback on products and services to improve quality and user experience.
- Develop communication campaigns aligned with brand strategy and target audience.
- Supervise and execute communication activities to ensure campaigns are implemented consistently and in alignment with the proposed brand strategy.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign to make timely adjustments and optimize results.
- Collaborate with departments (market research, R&D) to develop new product ideas aligned with brand strategy.
- Plan and execute product launches/relaunches based on consumer insights, including identifying market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Develop launch/relaunch plans and execute new/improved product launches with appropriate communication messages.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations.
- Work with field teams to develop and implement guerrilla marketing strategies in local areas to expand the market effectively.
- Design creative local marketing activities tailored to the cultural characteristics and needs of each region.
- Monitor and evaluate the results of guerrilla marketing activities and adjust strategies when necessary to optimize effectiveness.
- Regularly update market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
