Business Development Manager (Government Relations & Projects)

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships, government relations, project acquisition, and business expansion opportunities in Vietnam. Ideal candidate has strong relationships with government agencies, tourism authorities, and related stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Tourism, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Government Relations, Partnership Development, or Project Acquisition.
• Strong network and established relationships with government agencies, tourism authorities, trade promotion organizations, or related stakeholders.
• Experience participating in tenders, bidding processes, or public/private partnership projects is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
• Good understanding of government procedures and business development processes.
• Fluent Vietnamese and good English communication skills.
• Proactive, strategic-thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
