Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will own the day-to-day health of customer relationships, keep senior sponsors informed, and ensure customers get maximum business value from Aiviq’s cloud-based data and analytics platform. The role will involve relationship and stakeholder management, operational oversight, and escalation and incident communications.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer success plans, facilitating regular service and business reviews, maintaining a live view of customer health, and convening internal teams to unblock issues.

Requirements
- Substantial experience in customer success, client service, or account management within B2B SaaS, fintech, or data

- Experience in the asset or wealth management industry and with enterprise data platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to translate technical detail into business meaning and vice versa
