Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager serves as a strategic coordination and operations leader for the Marketing and Communications team, bringing structure, visibility and alignment to departmental priorities. This role leads project and program management, systems, reporting, budgeting, vendor coordination and process improvement while partnering with leaders and stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans.

What You Will Do

Manage marketing projects, programs, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Organize department priorities, track progress, identify dependencies and help translate leadership decisions into clear action and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • Seven years of experience in marketing operations, project management, business support, or a related function
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced experience with reporting, analytics, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and process improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Workfront, and the ability to learn and use marketing, project management, and reporting tools effectively
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and/or other marketing and communications reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a strong service orientation
