Role Overview
The role will focus on transforming complex operational and business data into clear, meaningful insights that support decision-making and performance improvement. The Data Analyst will work with a range of stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop effective data solutions, and improve the visibility and quality of key information across the programme.
What You Will Do
Gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and performance indicators that provide stakeholders with clear visibility of business and operational performance.

Requirements
- Previous professional experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar within Aerospace
- Strong experience working with large and complex datasets
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong experience using Power BI
- Experience using SQL
- Strong understanding of data cleansing, validation and data-quality principles
- Experience creating and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics
- Ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate analytical findings
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate analysis within agreed deadlines
