The Role
Revenue Operations Specialist to join the Revenue team and help keep the people, processes, data, and systems behind the go-to-market motion running smoothly. First point of contact for BDRs, AEs, Account Managers, and their managers for operational support, whether troubleshooting in HubSpot, pulling data, fixing processes, or understanding why something didn’t work as expected.
Hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving problems and making things work better. Work closely with RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer, with room to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and help build smarter internal tools as Revenue Operations function evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day Revenue Operations needs, triaging requests, solving what you can, and knowing when and where to escalate.
- Own the day-to-day health of CRM and Revenue data, keeping records clean, accurate, and reliable across HubSpot and connected systems.
- Troubleshoot operational and tooling issues, identify root causes, and help keep Revenue teams unblocked while longer-term fixes are put in place.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, pulling, cleaning, and validating data so teams and managers can confidently use it to make decisions.
- Look for ways to make the way we work better: simplify processes, automate repetitive tasks, improve resources and documentation, and help build new internal solutions alongside RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer.

- Strong communication and prioritization skills. Comfortable juggling competing requests, understanding their business impact, and working with stakeholders across different roles and levels.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with HubSpot and/or exposure to data and automation tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or n8n.
