We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights and analytics to support operational performance reviews, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Serve as a data analytic supporting operational processes
• Monitor & analyze operational performance metrics
• Generate insights from operational data to identify issues, improve processes and support data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain operational dashboard, report and monitoring tools to ensure data visibility and transparency for stakeholders
• Assist in manual data handling, reporting & reconciliation where system automation is not yet available
