Software Development Manager, GTM AI Tooling

Role Overview

The Software Development Manager will lead the Specialist GTM AI Tooling engineering team, building AI-native solutions that transform how AWS Go-To-Market teams turn customer opportunities into sales plays.

What You Will Do

You will own and grow a team of Software Development Engineers responsible for building brand new and enhancing existing products that collectively connect AWS’s go-to-market strategy to field execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 6+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
