  • Support the creation of presentation materials for senior leadership
  • Maintain the Customer Experience Operating Budget tracker
  • Maintain and update CX initiative roadmaps
  • Assist in the development of customer experience strategies
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor CX performance
