Product Marketing Manager

AMMEGA is a global company with 40 locations in 40 countries. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the Modular, Homogeneous and Synthetic belts product portfolio, providing technical support, managing product specifications and collaborating with OEMs to develop customized solutions. The role involves supporting the sales team in product and project assignments, ensuring competitive price positioning, and managing sales forecasts to drive market growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferable in Mechanical Engineering. Masters is an advantage.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or application engineering in conveyor belts.
  • Strong understanding of conveyor system applications, materials, and technical specifications.
  • Experience in co-designing with OEMs and customizing solutions for industry applications.
  • Strong analytical skills for product comparison, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey the product’s value proposition to a broad audience.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, both quantitative and qualitative, to analyze the performance of got-to-markets.
