Digital Marketing Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive data-based decisions that support business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing as an independent specialist or manager
• Proven experience in designing and executing lead generation campaigns
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO
• Understanding of UX/UI principles supporting conversion optimization
• Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in project management and budget ownership
• English proficiency at B2 level
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and strong organizational skills
