We are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager to lead the evolution of our pricing and revenue optimization strategy, transforming our pricing ecosystem towards a more customer-centric and omnichannel approach.
Requirements
- 5-15 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, Category Management or related strategic commercial functions.
- Proven track record managing pricing strategies and commercial optimization initiatives within complex and customer-centric businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent business and commercial acumen.
- Experience working with pricing models, elasticity analysis, profitability optimization and revenue growth strategies.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on profile with strong execution capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Native Spanish and professional fluency in English are mandatory.
