Chief Growth Officer – Data Center Services

REMOTE (US)

We are seeking a proven operator to lead an entire organization through significant national expansion. The mandate: grow the data center business to $100M annual revenue run rate within 24-36 months.

The company delivers hyperscale data center infrastructure services, including GPU and rack deployments, structured cabling, fiber and network infrastructure, and field deployment support. Security-Cleared and staffed to go. With a strong CFO and back-office infrastructure already in place, this leader will focus on building the sales and operations teams needed to support rapid growth nationwide.

What You’ll Own

• Full organizational leadership and P&L accountability
• National sales expansion and strategic client relationships
• Recruiting and developing sales and operations leaders
• Scaling field delivery while protecting quality, safety, and margins
• Establishing the processes and accountability needed to support a $100M business

Who We’re Looking For

A hands-on sales executive who has successfully scaled a services business, opened new markets, and built teams across multiple locations. Experience in data center services, infrastructure deployment, structured cabling, or related technical field services is especially relevant.

Strong base compensation and true equity offered. REMOTE anywhere US.
