Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
- Proven ability to master a technical system and support it in operational environments
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior personnel
- BA/BS with 5+ years of professional experience, or 8+ years of relevant operational experience in lieu of a degree
