Role Overview

Ansell is looking for a Vice President, FP&A and Corporate Finance to join their team in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves leading enterprise strategic planning, annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management cycles. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

What You Will Do

The role will involve leading global FP&A and corporate finance capabilities, guiding a broad network of regional and operating finance partners, and playing a central role in modernizing Ansell’s finance function through sharper analytics, scalable processes, automation, and disciplined performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or related advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards within a global, publicly traded company environment
• Deep business and financial acumen across corporate FP&A and operating finance
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, challenge assumptions constructively, and bring clarity to complex trade-offs in a matrixed, international organization
• Demonstrated success driving finance modernization, including analytics uplift, digitization, automation, process redesign, reporting frameworks, and scalable operating models
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling financial narratives for the CFO, CEO, ELT, and Board-level audiences
• Builder mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, move from strategy to disciplined execution, and maintain accountability against demanding planning and reporting timelines
• Effective collaborator across international, cross-functional, and matrixed environments, with flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally as needed
