Founding Growth Lead – Crypto/igaming

We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead to own growth end-to-end, build a lifecycle program, and run promo and bonus mechanics at a prediction-market product from day zero.

Requirements

• Direct iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or prediction-market experience on the operator side
• Proven track record designing and running referral programs in crypto, gambling, or both
• Strong lifecycle and CRM skills — designing sequences, missions, bonus drops, retention loops, and reactivation campaigns
• Comfort with raw event data and ability to pull cohorts
• Strong written voice and ability to ghostwrite for founders and brand accounts
