Sales Director APAC ( Blockchain or Enterprise Fintech)

Fast-growing web3 infrastructure company seeking Sales Director APAC to lead enterprise sales across financial services sector, focusing on blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, and private network solutions for large financial institutions and regulated enterprises across APAC.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
• Strong background in blockchain / distributed ledger technology sales
• Proven experience selling into financial institutions or regulated enterprises
• Experience managing complex multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles
• Strong understanding of tokenization, digital assets, private blockchain networks, or fintech infrastructure
• Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive buyers
• Experience across APAC markets preferred
