We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our high-volume Outbound team and drive conversion, revenue, and attach rates while maintaining high standards of quality. The successful candidate will be a player-coach who can lead by example, coach their team, and develop leaders to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
- A proven track record of leading high-volume B2C teams where you’ve personally moved the needle on conversion through live intervention.
- Experience in selling to the B2C market and understanding the psychology of an Outbound lead.
- Ability to coach and develop team leaders to be better coaches.
- Data analysis skills to spot bottlenecks and pivot the team’s focus in real-time.
- Experience leading a multi-layered team (Agents + Team Leaders) and successfully managing them.
