• Ensuring branches are operating smoothly and properly staffed
• Ensuring employees are properly trained
• Managing employees on a day-to-day basis
• Recruiting talent for branches
• Client retention and generating new business opportunities
• Managing/Increasing Capture Rate
• Assisting with complex transactions and decision making
• Assisting sales team with events and business development
• Reviewing P&L Reports and creating strategies to increase profitability
• High level collaboration with partners and stakeholders
• Problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
• Leadership skills, decision making, and ability to implement processes and procedures
