The role is 100% onsite in Hartford, Connecticut, and involves Salesforce development with a focus on AI tools and Agile environments.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include Salesforce development, debugging, and performance tuning, as well as experience working in Agile environments.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with LWC, Apex, and Aura
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action
- Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools
- Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe methodology preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with onshore/offshore support models and offshore team collaboration
