We’re looking for a motivated, detail-obsessed Demand Generation & Events Marketing Coordinator to join Applause’s marketing team. This role will own paid digital ad programs and support events strategy, ensuring leads are flowing, spend is efficient, and every event is flawlessly executed.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on at least two of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM; comfortable with Asana or similar project management platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and event deadlines simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
- Ownership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasks; thrives in a remote setup and works effectively cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and creative teammates
- Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection
- Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm MST
