Head of GTM Strategy & Operations role at adjoe, responsible for building a scalable and predictable revenue engine through global GTM strategy and execution. The role requires a hands-on leader to architect and implement the global GTM strategy, drive global execution, and build a GTM Strategy & Operations team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE
- Experience in formulation and execution of commercial strategy and/or GTM motions
- Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech, including key performance metrics and sales cycles
- Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university
- MBA is a plus, but not required
