Revenue Operations Analyst

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports Frontline’s revenue-generating functions by analyzing data, maintaining revenue systems, and executing operational processes across the revenue lifecycle. This role partners with Sales, Finance, Billing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and reliable systems that enable predictable revenue growth. The Revenue Operations Analyst focuses on analytics, system execution, and process discipline while gaining exposure to strategic revenue initiatives.

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Remote (NC, FL, MN, WA, OK, CA, TX, UT ONLY)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret revenue-related data to support sales performance, pipeline insights, billing accuracy, and operational reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports used by Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Support Salesforce (SF) administration and project initiatives, including system enhancements, testing, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, Backline, NICE, and other revenue-related systems through ongoing monitoring and cleanup.
  • Support contract operations by tracking agreements, validating pricing and terms, and coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Assist Billing and Finance teams with invoicing processes, revenue reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
  • Help prepare and validate FCC and other regulatory reports by compiling and reviewing supporting data.
  • Maintain and update price books across Salesforce, NICE, and other platforms to reflect approved pricing and product changes.
  • Support product launches and pricing updates by ensuring systems are configured correctly and documentation is complete.
  • Document revenue operations processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency, system improvements, and revenue accuracy.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from Operations and leadership.
  • Stay current on revenue operations tools, systems functionality, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of billing, contracts, pricing, or revenue-related processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or services-based environment is preferred.
