Be the operator who keeps SaaSNova’s GTM engine clean, accurate, and execution‑ready. We’re hiring a GTM Revenue Operations Associate with 1–2 years of HubSpot CRM experience to manage CRM hygiene, ISV research, Apollo/Clay workflows, outbound sequences, and email‑marketing execution across India, US, and global markets.

Location: Chennai, India

Work Mode: Remote‑first (Chennai‑based candidates preferred)

Experience: 1–2 years of HubSpot CRM experience required

As a GTM Revenue Operations Associate, you will support the backbone of our GTM workflows — ensuring HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and outbound systems are structured, accurate, and ready for fast execution. You’ll work directly with the Founder and GTM leadership on CRM operations, outreach, and pipeline progression.

What You Will Own

1. HubSpot CRM Management & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain clean, accurate, structured CRM records
  • Manage lifecycle stages, contact properties, and deal notes
  • Ensure ISV data is complete, tagged, and GTM‑ready
  • Build and maintain views, filters, and lists for GTM workflows

2. Apollo & Clay Data Workflows

  • Build Apollo lead lists and enrichment workflows
  • Use Clay to automate research, enrichment, and data structuring
  • Maintain clean, deduped, enriched ISV datasets
  • Sync Apollo/Clay outputs into HubSpot with accuracy

3. Email Marketing & Sequence Content Creation

  • Own end‑to‑end email marketing execution
  • Write high‑clarity, founder‑grade email sequences and templates
  • Build, test, and optimize HubSpot + Apollo sequences
  • Track engagement and surface high‑intent responses

4. Outreach Workflow & GTM Execution

  • Support founder‑led outbound campaigns
  • Manage follow‑ups, replies, and qualification workflows
  • Maintain structured notes and GTM insights in HubSpot

5. Pipeline Operations & Progression Support

  • Qualify inbound and outbound ISVs
  • Document GTM gaps, PRM readiness, and co‑sell potential
  • Move qualified ISVs into the correct pipeline stages
  • Maintain clean, accurate deal progression

6. Reporting, Dashboards & Collaboration

  • Maintain weekly dashboards and activity summaries
  • Support webinars, events, and ecosystem outreach
  • Collaborate with the Founder and GTM team on execution tasks

Who You Are

  • Experienced with HubSpot CRM (1–2 years minimum)
  • Familiar with Apollo and/or Clay (or excited to learn fast)
  • Strong in communication and structured thinking
  • Comfortable researching and organizing information
  • Motivated by clarity, accuracy, and fast execution
  • Curious about SaaS, cloud, and hyperscaler GTM
  • Energized by founder‑led, high‑velocity environments

Work Environment
