Senior Project Manager, Campaign Operations

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the campaign calendar and requirements, ensuring timely launches and close work with customers. You will turn customer requests into clear specs, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain launch readiness.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include owning the master campaign calendar, planning around healthcare deadlines, spotting capacity conflicts, and leading tradeoff discussions. You will also run launch readiness reviews, capture business and clinical requirements, and turn them into clear specs.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in project or program management, implementation, or technical operations on a software platform with live customer deployments
• A proven record of running several concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines
• Strong requirements discipline
• Comfort working closely with engineers, and enough technical fluency to read configuration, understand data flows, and know when a change is simple and when it is not
• Clear written communication and careful documentation habits
• Calm judgment on prioritization when timelines, customers, and internal teams are in conflict
