- At least 10 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition or specialty chemicals industry.
- Collaboration skills for establishing positive working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, including project management.
- Proven success as a senior executive managing departmental teams in a fast paced environment.
- Great understanding and importance of regulatory and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
