As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in Arctic Compressor’s continued expansion. You’ll deliver exceptional sales support to external customers and internal stakeholders, using well-developed sales techniques and communication skills to advance the sales process and support closing sales.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, including cold calling, lead generation, and handling inbound sales inquiries
  • Experience in sales techniques and ability to demonstrate each step of a consultative sales process
  • Some formal sales training is preferred
  • Ability to ask questions, solve problems, and listen to uncover customer needs
  • Technical aptitude to learn products and customer application criteria
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern office software
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed
