Role Overview
The Program Financial Analyst will perform financial and administrative reporting for contracts and/or programs, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.
What You Will Do
The Program Financial Analyst will maintain contract budgets, prepare contract-billing, estimate materials, equipment, production costs, and delivery schedules, and perform routine and non-routine project financial reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project related finance using financial management software (Deltek, ORACLE ERP, SAP)
- Must be well experienced with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT Tables, etc.)
- Must be able to build forecast from the ground up including application of wrap rates and correct burdens
- Must be able to build reports and charts based on verbal guidance for various internal and external requirements
- Must be able to analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends to the program, line, and financial management
- Must be able to prepare adjusting journal entries, reconcile various types of accounts and invoices in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
