Lead and scale Armacell’s commercial success across France by driving sales performance, shaping market strategy, and developing a high-performing national sales network.
What You Will Do
Manage the French sales organisation, define and implement sales policies, manage key accounts, drive performance of sales teams, and oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical B2B sales
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing geographically distributed sales teams in France
- Strong track record in key account management and complex commercial negotiations
- Solid commercial acumen including forecasting, margin management, and performance analysis
- Fluency in French and strong working proficiency in English
