Join ARN as a Sales Operations Executive – Powering Sales Success Behind the Scenes!
We’re looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executives to join our high performing Commercial team. In this vital support role, you’ll help drive sales success by managing advertising bookings, coordinating campaign logistics, and supporting the sales team throughout the entire campaign lifecycle – from brief to wrap up. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, systems know how, and process efficiency are key. If you love keeping things running smoothly and being the go-to person who helps turn opportunities into wins, this could be the role for you!
About You
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of stakeholders within the business
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, working with multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced and results driven environment
- Excellent knowledge of software systems including Aircheck, Aquira, Fusion, eRam, Audacity, Radio Matrix, Salesforce, Clear Decisions, Ad Views, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
