Role Overview

The Sales Operations, Key Account & Integration Administrator supports the successful delivery of global customer programs, deployments, integrations, and commercial initiatives across strategic hospitality accounts.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and support global customer deployments, rollouts, integrations, and strategic initiatives. Maintain project plans, deployment schedules, implementation trackers, and customer roadmaps.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience developing executive dashboards and management reporting
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and workflow management
• Knowledge of customer onboarding, integration administration, and contract management processes
• Familiarity with APIs, mobile-access solutions, and technology integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a global team
• Experience using CRM, ERP, reporting, and project management systems
• Hospitality, technology, SaaS, access control, or global account management experience advantageous
