Role Overview
Atrium is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead event strategy and customer experience programs within the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems. The role involves building an events engine that generates pipeline, elevates brand awareness, and strengthens partnerships.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing annual events strategy, partnering with Sales and Marketing, building relationships with ecosystem partners, managing webinar production, and measuring event performance.

Requirements
- 4+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, including webinar execution
- 2+ years working within (or marketing to) the Salesforce or Snowflake ecosystems
- Proven track record delivering B2B events that drive pipeline and brand impact
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and multiple concurrent programs
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Zoom webinar platform preferred
- 25–35% travel required
