The Financial Planning & Supply Chain Finance Manager is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of ANZA’s financial performance and operational excellence. This role leads end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and supply chain finance partnering across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
Requirements
- Highly structured and disciplined with experience in complex planning environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to balance hands-on detail with strategic leadership
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage peak workload cycles
- Senior FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience at regional or complex market level
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain–intensive environments highly valued
