Audit Revenue is a consulting firm specializing in revenue structuring and execution for scale-ups and growing companies.

We intervene across the entire revenue spectrum: GTM, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, CRM, Data and Talent.

Our approach is simple and differentiating: a revenue audit in 10 days, followed by concrete and measurable operational execution.

In a context of strong growth (1 to 8 employees in 4 months), we are structuring our team to maintain a high level of requirement and quality.

The Role

As Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for three key pillars:

  • Customer management and satisfaction
  • Structuring and executing revenue operations (Sales Ops, CRM, Demand Gen)
  • Management and upskilling of the internal team

This role is central to transforming audits into sustainable operational impact and reducing founder dependency on execution.

Your Responsibilities

1. Customer Management & Delivery

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients on Revenue Operations missions
  • Lead end-to-end project execution
  • Translate audit recommendations into concrete action plans
  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure their implementation
  • Guarantee quality, operational impact and customer satisfaction

2. Revenue Operations, Sales Ops & CRM

  • Structure and optimize Sales Ops processes (pipeline, KPIs, forecasting, reporting)
  • Lead CRM implementation and optimization (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ensure quality, reliability and exploitation of revenue data
  • Implement dashboards and management tools
  • Deploy scalable and replicable operational frameworks

3. Demand Generation & Performance

  • Design and execute demand generation strategies (inbound & outbound)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on lead activation
  • Optimize conversion paths and sales performance
  • Continuously test, measure and improve implemented actions

4. Management & Leadership

  • Manage and support Sales Ops / Marketing Ops profiles (interns / juniors)
  • Define priorities, organize workflows and secure execution
  • Develop team autonomy, rigor and operational excellence
  • Be an operational and managerial relay to the founder

Desired Profile

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, CRM or Growth
  • Excellent understanding of B2B growth drivers
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and client relationships
  • Strong analytical capacity, structuring and prioritization
  • Comfortable in high-growth and constantly evolving environments
  • Management experience appreciated
  • Fluent French and English
