Role Overview
Join an award-winning marketing team to support Aveo’s retirement communities through digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure industry-leading digital marketing efforts.
What You Will Do
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, launch campaigns, and analyze performance across all channels. Drive CRM adoption and automation, lead nurturing activities, and social media efforts to maintain a vibrant presence across communities.

Requirements
- 3+ years in a digital marketing role
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or advertising
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation, CMS, and Google Analytics
- Organic social media content creation and scheduling experience
- Meta Ads experience (Google Ads a bonus)
- Self-motivated, positive attitude with an interest in collaborating and growing your marketing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Collaboration skills with a range of stakeholders and always looking for ways to drive continuous improvement
