Role Overview
As an Account Executive, your role is to identify and qualify sales leads, pitch our award-winning software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, and manage the full sales cycle. You will develop new prospects and expand existing accounts, manage complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach, and work with cross-functional team members to close business.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, planning and delivering presentations, working with pre-sales engineers, communicating new product developments, attending meetings with clients, collaborating with teams, handling opportunities prospected by the Account Specialist team, implementing and executing sales campaigns, and maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of previous sales experience
- Experience in the software/technology industry
- Experience with executive selling, both business and technical
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Determination to surpass performance goals
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
- Plenty of initiative
- A persuasive manner
- Ability to think on your feet
