Customer Operations Officer (Onboarding & Processing)

Our client is a global online trading and Forex investment group seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Operations Officer to manage client onboarding and financial transaction processing. The role involves processing and verifying client documentation, conducting client screening, and overseeing the onboarding lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a related field, experience in payment processing, and proficiency in CRM systems and automated screening technologies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, Project Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in Russian, Chinese or Farsi (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in payment processing, financial institutions, payment providers, or the forex industry
  • Experience with CRM systems, client screening tools, and payment platforms
  • Advanced PC skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
