Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Join Babel Street’s high-performing Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, working closely with Director and Senior Manager, FP&A to drive forecasting, cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic decision support.

What You Will Do

Own key FP&A processes, including weekly cash forecast, monthly rolling forecast, departmental budgeting and reporting, and ad hoc analysis supporting management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, Big 4 Advisory, consulting, or another highly analytical and business-facing role
• Strong accounting and financial statement knowledge
• Advanced financial modeling and data-analysis skills with Excel
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP, financial planning, reporting, business intelligence, or data-visualization systems
