Support key Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Execution and Capital Solutions activities within Corporate Development, leveraging advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation expertise.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, build company-level and market-level financial forecasts, conduct valuation analyses, and prepare executive-level presentations.

Requirements
- advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation expertise
- ability to develop and maintain sophisticated financial models
