Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be a key finance partner to business and functional leaders, helping to drive financial performance and informed decision-making. The role will have a strong focus on profitability, cash flow, operational performance, risk and opportunity management, and long-term value creation.

What You Will Do

The Finance Manager will be responsible for partnering with business and functional leaders to drive financial performance, leading key financial planning cycles, analysing financial and operational performance, and developing and monitoring meaningful KPIs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance
• Budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis and performance management
• Ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and translate complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as SAP and Oracle, along with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to provide evidence of the right to work in the United Kingdom
