Business Development Specialist VIANT

The Marketing Development Specialist will identify prospective customers and markets for Chemetall’s VIANT, New Coating Technology, and lead the sales acquisition process from initial contact through evaluation and testing to ongoing customer retention. The specialist will also provide technical support and training to the Sales team and end users, and maintain contact with key personnel and accounts.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business and/or Marketing
• Industrial, technical and marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience in surface treatment or protective coatings
• Knowledge of paint formulation and application or alternative finishing operations
• Experience in the innovation process of identifying potential markets and customers
• Ability to clearly define and quantify the value proposition
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong business and management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams
