The Customer Operations Specialist role is responsible for executing critical operational processes that enable customer experience in the Order to Cash process, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the Mexico and CAMCAR regions.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, Supply Chain, or related operational areas
- Knowledge and experience in SAP applied to order management
- Experience in order management, validation, and tracking
- Analytical capacity and KPI management
- Communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
- Experience or knowledge in CRM tools
- Knowledge of compliance processes and documentation (desirable)
- Intermediate English (desirable)
