Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

Act as a partner to business areas, translating numbers into objective insights and ensuring understanding of financial impacts. Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes and conduct financial planning processes and variance analyses.

What You Will Do

Conduct financial planning processes, variance analyses, performance, trend, risk, opportunity, and key financial indicator analyses. Ensure governance, consistency, and integrity of financial data used in reports, executive presentations, and management analyses.

Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related areas. Proven experience in financial planning in control, FP&A, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related financial areas.

• Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related areas
• Proven experience in financial planning in control, FP&A, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related financial areas
• Strong analytical capacity, logical reasoning, critical vision, and ability to transform financial data into clear recommendations for the business
• Practical, proactive, and collaborative profile, with organization, operational discipline, and ability to handle multiple demands in a dynamic environment
• Management of variable and fixed expenses that impact the business, with analyses that support efficiency gain and investment allocation
• Knowledge of cash management
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders, connecting areas and translating complex information into objective messages
• Knowledge of data modeling, Power BI, Power Query, automation tools, and AI applied to financial analysis
• MS Office package, with advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
• Advanced English
