Perform analysis of marketing programs and databases to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness. Create and maintain product marketing, including website, email marketing, digital marketing, and online banking marketing. Oversees brand guidelines and digital experience.
Requirements
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Report the performance of marketing efforts across multiple channels
- Oversee compliance requirements and disclosures for all traditional and digital channels
- Develop and execute email marketing trigger campaign strategies
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on products, services, and rates for the website
- Work with IT and Member Experience to create data connections and reporting
- Ensure consistency of branding, interface aspects, and experience across all member-facing digital platforms
- Monitor and organize initiatives and tasks using Marketing’s project management
- Research, suggest, and implement digital process/workflow solutions
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain corporate website architecture
- Manage website hosting and regularly update website themes
- Oversee search experience and maintain knowledge
