Requirements
- Identify new clients through effective networking, competitor and government registration sites
- Sign up new and older real estate accounts
- Ensure clients’ full advertising commitment is well documented
- Partner with Sales Support for client on-boarding
- Ensure client training and optimal service utilization
- Monitor client health and quality metrics
- Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations
- Meet or exceed performance targets
- Keep up to date with property laws and local real estate development news
- Regularly update reporting dashboard to track sales activities
