As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, generate revenue, and help the business grow. Key responsibilities include networking, client on-boarding, sales support, and monitoring client performance.

Requirements

  • Identify new clients through effective networking, competitor and government registration sites
  • Sign up new and older real estate accounts
  • Ensure clients’ full advertising commitment is well documented
  • Partner with Sales Support for client on-boarding
  • Ensure client training and optimal service utilization
  • Monitor client health and quality metrics
  • Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations
  • Meet or exceed performance targets
  • Keep up to date with property laws and local real estate development news
  • Regularly update reporting dashboard to track sales activities
